Graduate Students
Information for
New (September
2008) Graduate Students (updated June 9, 2008)
- Orientation for all new Ohio University
graduate students will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2008. The
schedule is here.
Please be sure to attend.
- Orientation for new Chemical and
Biomolecular Engineering graduate students will take place from 10:00 a.m. to
12:00 noon.
on
Friday, September 5, 2008 in Stocker Center room 175. Information regarding
stipends, course selection and
registration, selection of advisor, and more will be covered. Bring
your questions! Classes begin on Monday, September 8.
- International students should report to the Office of
International Student and Faculty Services (room 348 Baker Center) upon
their arrival.
- Newly arriving graduate students, both U.S.
and International, should check in with the ChBE main office (room 172
Stocker Center) as soon as possible after arriving on campus and after
you've checked in with International Student and Faculty Services to let us know
you're here.
Graduate students beginning their studies in
Summer quarter should contact the
graduate chair directly at any time and certainly before the quarter begins
for information and instructions.
