2010 Brewpubs
Home Up

We hit two new (for us) brewpubs this year, plus we had the beer produced by a local microbrewery in an adjacent restaurant.  We also visited our old stand-by in Las Cruces several times during the week.

We had plans to try to get to another new brewpub, Silver City Brewing in Silver City, New Mexico.  But when we called them to find out what time they open for lunch, all we got was a "this line has been disconnected" message.  Not a good sign, and we didn't go there.

The Grand Canyon Brewing Company, Williams, Arizona.  It's not a restaurant, just a brewery.  But you can enjoy their beers in the restaurant adjacent, which is the green and white building to the left.
Cruiser's Cafe 66 is the official name of the restaurant where Grand Canyon Brewery beers are served.
Sign outside the cafe. People enjoying some of that Grand Canyon Brewery beer.
Scene around the squre in Prescott, Arizona, site of our second brewpub visit.  This time it was the Prescott Brewing Company, which is located right behind that second white pickup truck waiting in traffic in the center of the photo.

Gentle Ben's Brewing Company located very near the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Below are some people enjoying a round in the outdoor seating area at Gentle Ben's

From a distance, and up close, the exterior of our favorite, the High Desert Brewing Company in Las Cruces.

Below is what it looks like on the inside.  I was having all sorts of fun with my camera on this trip.
