The Thing, Dragoon, Arizona (2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011).  There is serious debate about whether The Thing actually counts as a true extra-curricular activity as it's a just a gas station stop along Interstate 10 in Arizona.  But it manages to attract us every time we pass by.  If nothing else, it has a Dairy Queen!  (It also has a Wikipedia entry--need we say more?)
Benson Donuts, Benson, Arizona (2009, 2010).  Ok, if we're going to put a gas station on here (see above), we can put a donut shop on here, too.  It was discovered quite by accident in 2009, but we now make just as much of a point to stop here if we're passing by as we do The Thing.
