2001 Dune Jumping
Home Up

White Sands National Monument is about 60 miles east of Las Cruces on the other side of the Organ Mountains.  Needless to say, there is a great deal of white sand there.  Now sand has a tendency to accumulate into dunes because of wind action, and these dunes naturally suggest themselves as places to jump off of.
